Meet Our Founder

Noah Lee is the founder of Protos Housing Group and the Executive Director of the Noah Lee Foundation. Drawing from both lived experience and professional expertise in behavioral health, Noah has dedicated his career to helping individuals overcome barriers related to substance use, mental health challenges, homelessness, and community reintegration.
After achieving long-term recovery, Noah pursued a career in behavioral health, serving in roles ranging from peer support and case management to program development and housing operations. Through these experiences, he identified a critical gap between treatment services and stable housing—a gap that often prevents individuals from achieving lasting success.
Inspired by the belief that everyone deserves something to build on, Noah founded Protos Housing Group to provide safe, structured housing environments that promote accountability, community, and personal growth. Today, Noah continues to advocate for innovative recovery-oriented housing solutions that bridge the gap between treatment and self-sufficiency, creating pathways for individuals to reclaim their lives and become productive members of their communities.
